FREE / MAN was an expression of menswear centred on craft, quality, heritage and legacy, and the intersection of fashion, culture and the people shaping both. Through conversations with the people behind the brands, we explored their stories, experiences and trajectories while documenting an emerging style movement of the 2010s — and the quieter, more enduring qualities of good style.
Alongside the editorial, I curated and edited an online shop featuring products from Japan, the USA, Europe and Australia. The intention was to connect a global readership with the people, products and ideas shaping this emerging culture.
